最近,我們为了探索各厂的劳动工作如何大搞互助协作的問題,試行成立了厂际“互助組”。厂际“互助组”是根据产业和业务,将一个地区內相接近的几个工厂组织起来,每組包括八至九个工厂,以业务能力較强、地点适中的厂担当小組长,每月由組长召集会議两次。会議活动的主要內容是:研究、解决劳动工作中带有共同性的問題,相互学习、交流各种先进经验。有关劳动工作的定期統计表报,在一些厂子里向来是一項繁重的工作。根据經济工作要愈做愈細的要求,无論在月报、季报或年报中,都必須做到准确、及时、全面。但是,由于厂的劳动干部調动频繁和业务水平不一,往往事与願違。“互助组”
Recently, we set up an interstate “mutual aid group” on an experimental basis in order to explore how the work of various factories can engage in mutual assistance and cooperation. The “Mutual Aid Team” in the interstate is organized according to industry and business by organizing several factories in a region close to each other. Each group consists of eight to nine factories and serves as a team leader with a strong business capability and a moderate location. The leader convened the meeting twice. The main content of the conference activities is to study and solve common problems in labor work, learn from each other and exchange various advanced experiences. Regular reports on labor work have always been an arduous task in some plants. According to the requirements of economic work to be more detailed, no matter in the monthly report, quarterly report or annual report, must be accurate, timely and comprehensive. However, due to the frequent mobilization of labor cadres at factories and the different levels of their operations, they are often against their expectations. “Mutual aid group”
