目的 :探索中药复方免不方治疗抗精子抗体引起的免疫性不育雌小鼠卵巢子宫组织学、免疫组化的变化。方法 :用精子抗原免疫昆明种雌鼠 ,建立免疫性不育动物模型 ;同时分别饲喂中药复方免不方 1号、2号 ,醋酸强的松 ,生理盐水 ;主要从组织学、免疫组化观察免疫性不育症的变化。结果 :免疫性不育症鼠血清 ,宫颈粘液抗精子抗体高 ,卵巢和子宫内膜免疫复合物沉积多 ,卵巢闭锁卵泡多 ;中药能降低卵巢子宫内膜免疫复合物沉积 ,降低血清和宫颈粘液抗精子抗体。结论 :免不方通过调节全身免疫系统 ,吸收 ,清除循环和局部抗精子抗体 ,免疫复合物 ,降低和修复组织损伤 ,从而提高小鼠的妊娠
