本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等方法,对苏州市区部分高中、初中、小学教师参与运动健身的现状进行调查,研究分析影响教师运动健身的因素,为提高苏州市区中小学教师体质健康水平提供参考。 This study investigated the status quo of participation in sports and fitness in some high school, middle school and elementary school teachers in Suzhou urban area by means of literature review, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. The factors influencing teachers’ exercise and fitness were investigated and analyzed. Primary and secondary school teachers’ physical health level to provide reference.
