西安地区26个生产大队十字花科蔬菜病样264个的鉴定结果: 1.芜菁花叶病毒(TpMV):除了占有优势的“孤丁一号”株系之外,根据在心叶烟上的病状特点,还有轮纹枯斑和枯斑矮化两个新株系。2.黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)。3.萝卜花叶病毒(RMV)。4.白菜沿脉坏死病毒(CcVNV)——暂定:在白菜上表现沿脉褐色坏死条纹,叶形正常,普通烟呈现系统的大型退绿同心轮纹,心叶烟为局部小型轮纹枯斑。失毒温度50—55℃,稀释终点1—3×10~(-3),体外保毒期4—5天。西安近郊区的毒源种类比远郊区复杂,这与种植十字花科蔬菜种类较多,生长期彼此交错,便于蚜虫传毒有关。
Identification results of 264 samples of cruciferous vegetables from 26 production units in Xi’an area: 1. Suburban areas in Xi’an poisonous species more complex than the outer suburbs, which is more species of cultivated cruciferous vegetables, growing staggered with each other, to facilitate aphid-related poisoning.
