岁末年初,中央经济工作会议、2017年国务院的第一次常务会议先后在京召开。社会各方都非常关心中央对2016年经济运行成绩和政策效果的评价,以及中央对当前经济形势的研判、对2017年经济工作的定位和工作着力点。同时,也更为关注新的一年国务院工作的基调。本刊结合两个会议的主要精神和重点内容,对2017年招标采购的热点和趋势做一简要展望。 The year-end and New Year holidays, the Central Economic Work Conference and the first executive meeting of the State Council in 2017 have been held in Beijing. All parties in society are very much concerned about the assessment made by the Central Government on the performance of the economy in 2016 and on the effectiveness of the policies as well as the central authorities’ judgment on the current economic situation and will focus on the positioning and work of the economic work in 2017. At the same time, it pays more attention to the keynote of the work of the State Council in the new year. Based on the main spirit and key contents of the two conferences, this paper gives a brief overview of the hot spots and trends of the tendering and procurement in 2017.
