1病例患者,男,26岁,因结婚2年未避孕未育而来我院就诊,该患者表型正常,身高174cm,系第1胎第l产,其姐30岁已生育一健康男婴,父母非近亲结婚,家族中其它成员无不孕不育史。精液常规结果示:未见精液。外周血染色体培1养74 c:m核型分1析为l 47,XY30Y,(t9;15)(q12;p12)。(见图1,图2)其妻子月经规律,4妇7,X科YY检,t(9查;15正)(q1常2;p,12无)有毒有害物质接触史,表型及染色体核型检查未见异常。
