目的:了解大肠侧向发育型肿瘤(laterally spreading tumor, LST)线粒体DNA的突变,探讨其与肿瘤发生的关系. 方法:提取LST线粒体DNA(mtDNA),扩增D-环区,产物用DNA自动测序法进行序列分析. 结果:共检测到4个碱基突变.第16223位C突变为T,第16298位C突变为T,第16362位T突变为C,第16519 位T突变为C. 结论:线粒体DNA D-环区是—个具有高度多态性和突变性的区域,在LST中突变率较高.
OBJECTIVE: To understand the mutation of mitochondrial DNA in laterally-spreading tumor (LST) and to explore its relationship with tumorigenesis.Methods: The LST mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) was extracted and the D-loop region was amplified, Sequence analysis.Results: A total of four base mutations were detected.C16223 C mutation T, 16298 C mutation T, 16362 T mutation C, 16519 T mutation C. Conclusion : Mitochondrial DNA The D-loop region is a region with a high degree of polymorphism and mutation, with a high mutation rate in LST.
