企业文化对企业管理有着直接性影响。一个好的企业文化能够引导企业员工积极奋进、团结合作,而负面的企业文化则会导致企业员工抱怨、发牢骚,甚至出现消极抵制情绪。因为社会价值主导要素与表现形式的不断改变,使得不同时期企业行为意识与思维也存在差异性。这就需要企业文化对企业管理形成正面影响,而这是一个不断融合、斗争以及博弈的管理过程。
Corporate culture has a direct impact on business management. A good corporate culture can guide employees to actively forge ahead and unite and cooperate. Negative corporate culture can lead employees to complain, grumble and even resist negative emotions. Because of the constant changes of the dominant elements and forms of social values, there are also differences in corporate awareness and thinking in different periods. This requires that corporate culture has a positive impact on business management, and this is a management process of continuous integration, struggle and gaming.
