Batteries are indispensable in everyday life and in scientific research, but the description of batteries in many physics textbooks is often unsatisfactory. Maybe physicists think this is a chemist thing, so I will not go through the discussion. As a result, the narration of the battery often becomes the weakest part of the electrical part of the book, and thus often adds a lot of trouble to the teaching and learning during teaching. Although such shortcomings can be complemented by the study of physical chemistry, it may not be entirely natural for them to learn physics, so it might not be pointless to talk about batteries. Due to space limitations, only Galvanic batteries are described in this article, and only a few of the often overlooked items are described in this miniature as a supplement. If readers are interested, want to find a solution, it is best to see some of the special works of electrochemical or chemical thermodynamics. As with any physical topic, it is impossible to understand the whole picture from an essay.
