目的探讨Nr-CWS对含HPV16型病毒基因的TC-1细胞荷瘤鼠肿瘤生长的影响及对女性下生殖道HPV感染的清除效果。方法SCID小鼠分别注射TC-1细胞形成肿瘤模型后随机分成3组,分别注射生理盐水、60μg/ml和120μg/mlNr-CWS,观察肿瘤生长的情况。临床选取45例单纯HPV感染者使用Nr-CWS1个月、3个月后再次检测HPV,分析Nr-CWS对生殖道HPV感染的清除效果。结果动物实验表明两组用药组的肿瘤体重明显低于对照组,抑瘤率分别为59.1%和84.2%;三组瘤重用秩和检验分析P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;临床实验结果显示用药后3个月HPV检测转阴23例(51.1%),型别减少9例(20%),无效13例(28.9%);治愈率与自然转阴率31%相比较,χ2检验P=0.005,差异有统计学意义。结论Nr-CWS对HPV16型病毒基因的TC-1细胞荷瘤鼠肿瘤有明显的抑制作用;且对临床女性下生殖道HPV感染有一定的清除作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Nr-CWS on the growth of tumor-bearing mice bearing TC-1 cells harboring HPV16 gene and its effect on the removal of genital HPV infection in women. Methods SCID mice were injected with TC-1 cells to form tumor models. The mice were randomly divided into three groups. Normal saline, 60 μg / ml and 120 μg / ml Nr-CWS were injected respectively to observe the tumor growth. 45 cases of pure HPV infection were selected clinically for 1 month using Nr-CWS and 3 months later for HPV testing again. The clearance effect of Nr-CWS on genital tract HPV infection was analyzed. The results of animal experiments showed that the two groups of tumor weight was significantly lower than the control group, the tumor inhibition rates were 59.1% and 84.2%; three groups of tumor weight rank sum test P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant; clinical trials showed that In the 3 months after the treatment, 23 cases (51.1%) had negative HPV test, the type was reduced by 9 cases (20%), and 13 cases (28.9%) were ineffective. The cure rate was 31% 0.005, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Nr-CWS has obvious inhibitory effect on tumor-bearing mice with TCL-16 cells infected by HPV16 virus, and has certain scavenging effect on genital HPV infection in clinical women.
