一、一人公司股权转让问题的提出我国现行《公司法》经2005年10月27日修订后增加了一人公司的有关规定,允许一个自然人或一个法人设立一人有限责任公司。应该说,允许自然人设立一人公司有利于刺激个人的投资热情,对促进投资形式多元化和我国市场经济的发展,具有十分积极的作用和重大的意义。现行公司法在第二章第三节专门对一人
