2012年1-2月,黑龙江省电信行业累计完成投资8.1亿元,其中:3G投资4 572万元。全省电信业务总量累计完成44.3亿元,比上年同期增长16.7%;全省电信业务收入累计完成39.9亿元,比上年同期增长12.6%。2012年2月,全省电话用户(含固定和移动电话用户)总数达到3 383.3万户,比上月增加20.9万户。目前,全省电话普及率达到88.26部/百人,固定电话普及率达到20.72部/百人,移动电话普及率达到67.54部/百人。
January-February 2012, the telecommunications industry in Heilongjiang Province completed a total investment of 810 million yuan, of which: 3G investment 4720000 yuan. The province’s telecommunications business totaled 4.43 billion yuan, an increase of 16.7% over the same period the previous year; the province’s telecom business cumulatively completed 3.99 billion yuan, an increase of 12.6% over the previous year. In February 2012, the total number of telephone subscribers (including fixed and mobile phone subscribers) in the province reached 33.833 million, an increase of 209,000 from the previous month. At present, the province’s telephone penetration rate reached 88.26 units / 100 persons, the fixed telephone penetration rate reached 20.72 units / 100 persons, and the mobile phone penetration rate reached 67.54 units / 100 persons.
