新课程提出,新型的英语教学要注重学生学习的过程与方法,要注重培养学习过程和方法所涉及的情感态度和价值观,培养综合素质过硬的复合型人才,所谓复合型人才就是说不仅有专业知识素养还具备身心健康,思想道德品质过硬等要求。新课程教学背景要求教师和学生有更多的活动。这就要求教师在英语教学中要改变传统的教学观念,努力创设情景,激发学生的求知的欲望和兴趣,转变学生的学习方式,关注学生的情感因素,改变传统的评价观等。
