为加强安全用药意识,提高安全用药技术水平,持续有效控制农作物病虫草鼠害,保障农业生产安全。2003～2012年,在全疆范围内开展了安全科学使用农药技术培训工作,累计举办安全用药技术培训212期,培训农技人员、种植业示范户、农药经营零售商等15 000余人,发放相关技术资料10 000余份,宣传普及和推广应用安全用药技术,提高了农民的安全用药意识和环保意识。取得了良好效益。
