利用有限元软件获得了X-Cor夹层结构的应力场,并对其压缩强度进行分析。提出了适合于X-Cor夹层结构失效机理分析的失效判据和材料刚度退化规则,明确其失效过程和模式。根据失效判据,采用有限元模型中发生刚度退化的单元及其分布模拟失效的类型及扩展路径,说明X-Cor夹层结构在压缩载荷下的失效机理。有限元研究表明:压缩过程中,树脂区首先失效,其次是Z-pin,主要的失效模式是Z-pin屈曲失效,失效单元的扩展路径有一定的分散性。通过有限元分析结果与试验值的比较,数值吻合较好,计算误差为-7.6%~9.5%。 The stress field of X-Cor sandwich structure was obtained by finite element software, and its compressive strength was analyzed. The failure criteria and material stiffness degeneracy rules suitable for the failure mechanism analysis of X-Cor sandwich structure are proposed, and the failure process and mode are clarified. According to the failure criterion, the failure mechanism of X-Cor sandwich structure under compressive load is illustrated by the unit of failure of stiffness in finite element model and its distribution model of failure and its extension path. The results of finite element analysis show that the resin zone firstly fails, followed by the Z-pin during compression, and the main failure mode is the Z-pin buckling failure, and the expansion path of the failure unit has some dispersion. Through the comparison between the finite element analysis results and experimental values, the numerical values ​​agree well with the calculated error of -7.6% -9.5%.
