Thematic teaching method is a kind of systematic teaching tactics with strict logic and conforming to student’s thinking habit, with practical skills as the main purpose. Thematic pedagogy includes topics such as topic introduction, topic analysis, topic identification, self-exploration, feedback exchange, and comprehension reading. Starting from the art appreciation course in high school and carrying out classroom activities with thematic teaching methods, it helps to raise students ’awareness of works of art and skills and helps to cultivate students’ continuous and systematic aesthetic abilities by enhancing the connection between knowledge and works.
