职业指导是现代经济、社会发展对高等职业教育的必然要求,是高职院校人才培养的重要环节。树立正确的职业指导理念,开启定单培养和实习就业“两个通道”,利用供需见面、校内外媒体、现代网络“三个平台”,实行群体指导与个体指导、理论指导与实践训练、教育指导与咨询服务、校内指导与校外指导“四个结合”,抓好“五项建设”,实施职业院校职业指导的“五四三二一”工程,达到人才培养目标要求。
