2011年全球微机电（Micro Electro Mechanical-System；MEMS）前4大厂依序为德州仪器（Texas-Instruments）、意法半导体（STMicroelectronics）、惠普（HewlettPackard；HP）、博世（RobertBosch），除惠普为系统业者外，其他3家厂商均为整合元件厂（IntegratedDeviceManufacturer；IDM）。
