为促进我国热处理行业的繁荣和发展,推动热处理新材料和新技术的不断创新,加强十四省市热处理会员之间的技术交流,促进我国热处理特别是有色金属热处理技术的发展,“2011年十四省市热处理暨第三届全国有色金属热处理学术交流会”于2011年4月6～8日在牡丹之乡——河南洛阳召开。会议主题为“热处理节能、降耗、科学发展”。会议邀请了国内材料热处理知名学者及生产厂家的专家作了多个专题报告,并开展了学术和技术交流。出席本次会议的有来自全国多个省市的100余名代表。
