随着信息技术手段的应运而生,信息技术层出不穷,在教学中也被广泛应用。科学研究证实,人的智力形成始于童年,据称1～13岁是黄金时期。而小学教育正是儿童基础智力发展的基础阶段。作为基础教育的小学教育,恰恰对于人才的培养起着奠基作用。尤其在当今信息技术环境中,小学语文做为基础教育中的一门重要学科,它有着培养基础人才得天独厚的优势。在小学语文教学中,应用信息技术手段来进行教学,对发展学生的实践能力有着不可估量的作用。
