随着国家对学前教育事业发展支持力度的增加,越来越多的人开始关注学前儿童的身心发展情况,男幼师凭借自身的独立、果断、敢于探险的精神;刚毅、活泼、幽默的性格;独特的思维方式对幼儿身心健康发展的影响也逐渐引起大家的重视。然而,大量的问题导致幼儿园男教师数量少、流失现严重。通过大量的文献阅读、访谈、调查分析,本文就目前学前教育男教师对幼儿和幼儿园的作用和学前教育男教师的生存状况、职业认同、社会对男幼师的看法等进行分析。提出目前学前教育的现存问题和原因分析,并为给幼儿园增加男幼教提出相应的解决策略,为进一步解决缺少男幼师现状的相关问题提供理论支持以更好的促进幼儿身心健康发展。
With the increase of the state’s support for the development of pre-school education, more and more people are beginning to pay attention to the physical and mental development of preschool children. With their own independence, decisiveness and the spirit of adventure, men and young teachers are resolute, lively and humorous The influence of unique ways of thinking on the development of children’s physical and mental health has gradually drawn people’s attention. However, a large number of problems led to a small number of kindergarten male teachers, the loss is serious. Through a lot of reading, interviews and investigation, this paper analyzes the role of preschool male teachers in preschool education and kindergarten, the existence of male teachers in pre-school education, professional identity, and social perceptions of male teachers. Put forward the current problems and reasons of pre-school education, and put forward corresponding solutions to increase male preschool education in kindergarten, so as to provide theoretical support for further solving the problems related to the shortage of male kindergarten teachers so as to better promote the healthy development of children’s physical and mental health.
