通过拉伸、奥氏体晶粒测量和淬透性试验,研究Nb微合金化对普通高碳钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,高碳钢加入Nb不仅有利于细化晶粒,提高奥氏体晶粒稳定性,还可在保持强度和硬度的同时保持其塑性,Nb还具有改善高碳钢组织均匀性和抑制马氏体转变的作用。
The effects of Nb microalloying on microstructure and properties of ordinary high carbon steel were investigated by tensile test, austenite grain size measurement and hardenability test.
