结肠癌属于临床上常见的恶性肿瘤,作为一种肠道恶性肿瘤,其病情较为严重的,若治疗不及时或治疗不当容易危及患者生命.结肠癌发生于人体结肠部位,以直肠和乙状结肠交界位置为主,高发的年龄是40～50岁,根据相关研究资料显示,结肠癌的病发率占胃肠道肿瘤的前列.其主要表现为进行性的吞咽困难.临床上结肠癌的治疗以手术为主,再根据患者自身的身体素质和疾病的严重程度,辅以化学治疗、免疫治疗、中药治疗以及其他支持治疗等综合治疗方式.而结肠癌患者在手术后容易出现各种并发症,为提高患者的整体疗效,需要进行有效的干预,避免疾病的复发,同时提高患者的生存率.近年来膳食结构的不断改变,现代人群在高强度工作压力下不良的生活与饮食习惯,再加上不重视胃肠道的保养,造成结肠癌的患者概率逐渐增多,因此针对结肠癌术后,研究其并发症及其干预方式非常重要.本文主要针对结肠癌的概念、结肠癌术后的并发症以及结肠癌术后并发症的干预手段展开介绍.
