我国的石油套管损坏井绝大部分都集中在盐岩、泥(页)岩、膏岩、膏盐岩等软岩地层中。在文中就目前我国复杂地层的套管柱设计的不合理性进行了详细的剖析。经过5年多的研究,搞清了超高压地层套管损坏的机理,在此基础上提出了在超高压地层使用双层组合套管的设计方案,特别是局部双层组合套管设计方案,并就各种方案的设计与优选、经济效益评估及施工工艺进行了详细介绍,得出了使用局部双层组合套管是解决超高压地层套管变形的最佳方案的结论。
Most of the oil casing damage wells in China are concentrated in soft rock formations such as salt rock, mudstone, gypsum rock and gypsum salt rock. In this paper, the irrationality of the design of the casing string in complex strata in our country is analyzed in detail. After more than five years’ research, the mechanism of casing damage in EHV formation has been clarified. Based on this, the design scheme of using double casing in EHV strata has been put forward, especially the design scheme of partial double casing, The design and optimization of various schemes, economic benefit evaluation and construction technology are introduced in detail. The conclusion is that the use of local double-layer composite casing is the best solution to the deformation of the casing of the ultra-high pressure formation.
