本文首先针对正交异性FRP板,在二维弹性问题的有限元分析中,建立了三角形板元素刚度矩阵。之后,就中心带圆孔的正交异性FRP板,在单向拉伸载荷与材料主轴方向成不同角度情况下,进行了实际的孔边应力应变有限元分析与应变测量。对于孔边的应力集中系数,由有限元分析计算结果与无限正交异性平板解析解的比较,可知,无限平板的结果在一定程度上可用于有限宽板中。
In this paper, the anisotropic FRP plate is first used to establish the stiffness matrix of triangular plate element in the finite element analysis of two-dimensional elastic problem. After that, the actual hole-edge stress-strain finite element analysis and strain measurement were carried out on the condition of different uniaxial tensile loads and different angles of the main axis of the material in the center of the orthotropic FRP plate with circular holes. For the hole edge stress concentration factor, the results of finite element analysis and the analysis of infinite orthotropic plate comparison, we can see that the results of the infinite plate to a certain extent, can be used for a limited width of the plate.
