电视大学建校十年的历史功绩已经人人皆知,曾连续多年开设的传统专业(与高等学校相近)的毕业生,走上工作岗位后接受了全社会的检验,从总体看对改善基层职工专业知识和文化结构,提高本单位的经济效益和管理水平,多数毕业生都做出了积极的贡献。有的毕业生(尤其是30岁~40岁的毕业生)的成绩是相当突出的。电大曾以拥有现代化教学手段、严密的教学系统、学制短、出人才快、花钱少多出人才的诸多优势而蜚声中外。但是经济改革的深入,也给电大带来新的课题——传统的专业设置已经不能满足社会的供需关系。对此,我们进行了不少的探索和实践。
The ten-year history of TV university construction has been well known. For those graduates who have been established for many years in traditional majors (similar to colleges and universities), they have embarked on their jobs and accepted the test of the whole society. From an overall point of view, Staff professional knowledge and cultural structure, improve the unit’s economic efficiency and management level, most graduates have made a positive contribution. Some graduates (especially graduates aged 30 to 40) are quite outstanding. TVU has to have modern teaching methods, strict teaching system, short system, out of talent fast, spend less talent out of many advantages and world-renowned. However, the deepening of economic reform has also brought new challenges to the TVU. Traditional professional settings can no longer meet the social supply-demand relationship. In this regard, we conducted a lot of exploration and practice.
