本文报告一例嗜酸细胞增多症的男性幼儿骨髓细胞染色体的变化。在29个细胞中有1个细胞含48个染色体,两个细胞中发现第2与第4、5染色体有一异常缢痕。鉴于此畸变发生在A及B组,与肝炎病毒所致相似,结合临床小儿患病在麻疹后,作者推测此种畸变可能由麻疹病毒引起。
This article reports the chromosomal changes in bone marrow cells of a young male patient with eosinophilia. One of the 29 cells contained 48 chromosomes and the second and fourth chromosomes found an abnormal sign in both cells. Given that this aberration occurs in Groups A and B, similar to those caused by hepatitis viruses, the authors speculate that such aberrations may be caused by the measles virus in combination with clinical pediatric disease after measles.
