水力测功器是吸能式测功器的一种,是较为理想的动力测功设备,在动力设计、制造,科研、修理等部门得到了广泛的采用。D350型测功器在一般中小型动力机械的功率测定中应用更为广泛。然而,对水力测功器的理论分析、使用经验、性能提高等方面的文章资料却极少看到,这显然对用好这一设备,充分发挥其效能是很不利的。因此,本文以D350型水力测功器为例,就其读数精度及稳定性,调节性的若干问题作一初步的探讨,以开展这方面的技术交流,抛砖引玉,启示今后。
Hydraulic dynamometer is a type of energy-absorbing dynamometer, which is an ideal dynamic power measurement equipment, which has been widely adopted in power design, manufacturing, scientific research and repair departments. D350 type dynamometer in the general power measurement of small and medium-sized power tools used in a more extensive. However, it is seldom seen in the essay about the theoretical analysis, experience and performance improvement of hydro-dynamometer. Obviously, it is very unfavorable to make good use of this device and give full play to its effectiveness. Therefore, taking D350 hydrodynamic dynamometer as an example, this article makes a preliminary discussion on some problems of its reading accuracy, stability and adjustability, in order to carry out technical exchanges in this area and give pointers to inspiration.
