SURF优化变轨柔性运行技术是在对游梁式抽油机结构不做任何变动的前提下,以动态结构分析为基础,以变速驱动为手段,通过优化悬点的运行速度轨迹,依次实现了井下往复泵泵效最大化、杆管柱和地面传动系统负载最小化、系统运行柔性化和驱动系统高效数字化等四重效果,使游梁式抽油机的运行效果特性发生了根本性的提升。本方案不仅投入小、实施简单,而且继承了游梁式抽油机特有的运行简单可靠的优点,具有柔性启动运行的特点,能够自适应主动调参,实现曲柄变转速运动,提高泵效,提高系统效率。效果上已经达到了与任何新式高效有杆往复泵机采系统不相上下,是保留了游梁式抽油机的形式和优点的全新的机采系统。
