人们大都熟悉这样两个寓言故事:买椟还珠和削足适履。但遗憾的是,在今天的现实生活中,这种事仍然时有发生。调查表明,许多参加基本养老保险的“流动就业者”在奔赴异地新的就业岗位时,不顾自己的基本养老保险权益,纷纷到社保机构办理“退保”手续,索回自己个人账户上的一点点钱。这种“退保”行为,是不是有眼不识珠?某些地方政府为了所谓的地方利益,置社会保障制度为公民提供养老等基本的生存生活需要的目的于不顾,擅自变通国家社会保障制度的有关政策规定,增设各种门槛,是不是可以看作是削了制度的足去适应地方的“履”?
