采用均相沉淀法制备均匀球形的Y2O3:Eu3+@Gd2O3核壳结构纳米发光材料,用X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱及荧光光谱等表征样品的形貌、结构及发光性能。结果表明:Y2O3:Eu3+表面成功包覆了Gd2O3,包覆后仍为均匀的球形,包覆层厚度约为5 nm;包覆前后样品的猝灭浓度均为7%(摩尔分数),包覆后核壳结构的发光强度比未包覆的增强,随着Eu3+浓度提高,发光强度明显增强。
The homogeneous spherical Y2O3: Eu3 + @ Gd2O3 core-shell nano-luminescent material was prepared by homogeneous precipitation method. The morphology, structure and luminescence of the sample were characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy performance. The results showed that the surface of Y2O3: Eu3 + was successfully coated with Gd2O3, and remained uniformly spherical after coating. The thickness of the coating was about 5 nm. The quenching concentration of the sample before and after coating was 7% (molar fraction) The luminescent intensity of the posterior core-shell structure was enhanced as compared with the uncoated one. With the increase of Eu3 + concentration, the luminescence intensity was significantly enhanced.
