消除泵站压水管中水锤的方法之一,是使输水管中的水倒流过水泵。苏联研制的一种装置,是利用止回阀阀瓣上的小孔使一小部分水倒流来消除水锤,同时自动地截断输水管中的水流。与类似的水锤消除器相比,这种装置结构简单,工作可靠。其构造见图1。它由串联安装在压水管1上的水力闸阀2和止回阀3组成,闸阀上有水力传动活塞,而止回阀的阀瓣4上则有孔5。连接管6和7将闸阀2的水压缸与压水管相连,上设阀8、9和10。运行之前,将阀8和9打开,阀10关闭。水泵起动时,水从管6进入闸阀2的水压缸下
One of the ways to eliminate the water hammer in the pressure pipe of the pump station is to make the water in the water pipe flow back through the water pump. A device developed by the Soviet Union used a small hole in the check valve flap to reverse a small part of the water to eliminate water hammer, and automatically cut off the water flow in the water pipe. Compared with similar water hammer eliminators, this device is simple in structure and reliable in operation. Its structure is shown in Figure 1. It is composed of a hydraulic gate valve 2 and a check valve 3 installed in series on the pressure water pipe 1. The gate valve has a hydraulic transmission piston, and the valve flap 4 of the check valve has a hole 5.
