目的:了解医院药品不良反应(ADR)发生情况及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对99例ADR报告分别就患者年龄、性别、药物的种类、给药途径及临床表现等进行统计分析。结果:99例ADR中,男性50例,女性49例。年龄最小的2个月,最大的91岁。抗微生物药物引起的ADR最多,占总例数的49.49%。静脉滴注给药引起的ADR最多,占总例数的81.82%。临床表现以皮肤损害最为常见,占总例数的53.25%。结论:应当加强药品不良反应的监测,确保临床用药安全、合理、有效,以减少药品不良反应的发生。
Objective: To understand the occurrence and regularity of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) in hospitals and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: 99 cases of ADR were reported on the patient age, gender, type of drug, route of administration and clinical manifestations were statistically analyzed. Results: 99 cases of ADR, 50 males and 49 females. The youngest 2 months, the largest 91 years old. Anti-microbial drugs caused the most ADR, 49.49% of the total number of cases. Intravenous drip administration caused the most ADR, accounting for 81.82% of the total number of cases. Clinical manifestations of skin damage is the most common, accounting for 53.25% of the total number of cases. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions to ensure that clinical medication is safe, reasonable and effective in order to reduce adverse drug reactions.
