为了解性激素在青春期的变化,制定出青少年青春期性激素水平,采用放射免疫分析法测定了8～19岁正常青少年295名(男128名;女167名)的血清性激素FSH、LH、PRL、E_2、T,并同时检查其性发育状况。结果发现:各项性激素水平基本随年龄和性发育程度的提高而升高。结果揭示工:对青春期性激素的研究,应从年龄和性发育两方面来探讨。
In order to understand the changes of sex hormones in adolescence, the level of sex hormones in adolescents was established, and the levels of serum sex hormones FSH, LH, PRL, E_2, T, and at the same time check their sexual development. The results showed that: the levels of sex hormones with the basic age and sexual development increased. The results revealed that workers: the study of puberty sex hormones, should be from two aspects of age and sexual development to explore.
