胡锦涛同志在“七一”重要讲话中指出,人民群 众既是先进生产力和先进文化的创造者,又是 其成果的享有者。这不仅仅提出了坚持立党为公、执政为民的根本要求,而且指明了实现立党为公、执政为民的根本途径。
Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out in his important “1 July” speech that the masses of the people are both creators of advanced productive forces and advanced cultures as well as those who enjoy the fruits of their achievements. This not only sets forth the fundamental requirement of upholding the principle of serving the interests of the public and governing for the people, but also points out the fundamental way to achieve the goal of building the party for the public and governing for the people.
