在分析我国三类农业科技期刊发展现状及传播学特征的基础上,提出:①孕育农业科研创新成果的农业学术类期刊,应立足于报道能够解决我国粮食安全、生态环境、可持续发展的科研论文,不应以被 SCI 收录与否为办刊的唯一目标;②农业技术类期刊依据农业产业结构调整状况,与农产品加工企业和科研成果孵化器企业合作,实行股份合作制办刊模式;③农业科普、政策指导类期刊以分析加入 WTO 后农业市场的变化、农民致富需求为根本,研究建立期刊新型营销战略、营销运作模式,整合农业新技术资源、农业专家库资源、农产品市场信息资源等,以出版期刊为中心,延伸服务“三农”的产业市场链,为农村实现“奔小康”作出更大的贡献。与此同时,也使期刊自身形成市场“品牌”效应。此外,利用现代传播技术——网络技术、数字技术、多媒体技术、有线电视技术等为特征的信息技术,建立期刊社网站及利用信息传输手段,实现农业信息化,提高农业科技成果及市场信息对国民经济 GDP 的贡献率。
