音乐学科在很多职业中学是一个被边缘化的学科,学校没有认识到开设音乐课程的重要性,课时不足,师资力量相对薄弱,对教学设施的投入不及时,不到位,导致音乐教师不能充分发挥应有作用,学校音乐教研工作也不能常态化地认真进行。作者通过长期实践,不断改进和创新音乐校本教研方式,开展诸如重温《心理学》和《教育学》书籍,开设“同课异构”教学活动,提升教育写作能力等活动,有效发挥音乐校本教研平台助推教师专业发展的重要作用。
The music subject is a marginalized subject in many vocational schools. The school did not recognize the importance of opening a music course, the lack of class hours, the relatively weak teaching staff, and the untimely investment in teaching facilities, resulting in the inability of music teachers to give full play to it. Should play a role, school music teaching and research work can not be seriously carried out seriously. Through long-term practice, the author continuously improved and innovated music school-based teaching and research methods, and carried out activities such as revisiting books on Psychology and Education, setting up “same class and heterogeneous teaching” activities, and improving educational writing skills.
