高速切削工艺是进行高速加工的关键技术之一,其切削速度、进给速度相对于传统的切削加工,以级数级提高,切削机理也发生了根本的变化。与传统切削加工相比,高速切削加工发生了本质性的飞跃。随着高速切削加工的应用范围不断扩大,对新型刀具材料的研究、刀具设计结构的改进以及切削条件的改善等也有所提高。本文对高速切削加工工艺中切削方法的选择以及切削参数的优化进行了较为通俗的分析和探讨。
High-speed cutting process is one of the key technologies for high-speed machining, the cutting speed, feed rate relative to the traditional cutting process to improve the number of stages, cutting mechanism has undergone fundamental changes. Compared with the traditional machining, high-speed machining has undergone a fundamental leap. As the application range of high-speed cutting continues to expand, the research on new cutting tool materials, the improvement of the tool design structure and the improvement of cutting conditions have also been improved. In this paper, the choice of cutting method in high-speed cutting process and the optimization of cutting parameters are more popular analysis and discussion.
