美术是直观形象的视觉艺术。在教学中老师处于主导地位,担负着知识与学生之间架起的一座桥梁的使命,因为要使学生在掌握知识的过程中,尽可能少遇困难,少走弯路,范画教学是具有最根本性的、最有效的途径。选用不同类型的范画,对于提高学生的学习兴趣,调动学生的作画积极性,引导学生完成正确的作画过程,增长他们的美术基础知识和绘画技巧,提高整个美术教学的质量,发挥着重要的作用。
