3~5岁的儿童虽然生长发育速度较婴儿期稍慢,但仍相当迅速,同时在这个年龄阶段儿童的活动范围明显增大,活动量也明显增加,如果不注意营养,很易导致营养不良及其它营养缺乏性疾病或肥胖症,影响儿童的正常生长发育。为此,我们于1991年9月~11月对长沙市5所全日制幼儿园进行了膳食调查。对象.随机抽取长沙市东区2所、南区3所条件中等的全日制幼儿园,幼儿每周在幼儿园进餐6天,膳食制度为3餐1点(早餐、中餐、午点和晚餐),以731名3~5岁幼儿为调查对象,其年龄分布为:3岁:240人,4岁:236人,5岁255人。
