本文用斑点杂交方法检测了氟暴露工人外周血淋巴细胞７０ＫＤ热休克蛋白（ＨＳＰ７０）含量。结果显示：氟暴露工人外周血淋巴细胞ＨＳＰ７０含量显著增加。提示氟对暴露工人外周血淋巴细胞合成ＨＳＰ７０具有一定的诱导作用。
In this paper, the 70KD HSP70 content of peripheral blood lymphocytes in workers exposed to fluoride was detected by dot blot hybridization. The results showed that the content of HSP70 in peripheral blood lymphocytes of workers exposed to fluoride was significantly increased. It is suggested that fluorine can induce the synthesis of HSP70 in peripheral blood lymphocytes of exposed workers.
