为了实行社会主义按劳分配原则和保障著译者的正当权益,鼓励积极投稿和提高稿件水平,以便不断提高本刊质量。为此,根据一九八○年五月中共中央宣传部《关于书籍稿酬的暂行规定》和甘肃省人民出版社《稿酬暂行办法》的精神,结合本刊实际,制定本规定。一、著作稿分一、二、三等,每千字分别按五、四、三元付酬。短稿最低二元。
