紫云苗族布依族自治县是贵州省26个贫困县之一,同时又是国务院认定的19个贫困县之一。贫困面大于72%。全县人均工业产值仅15元。 在这样典型的“少、边、穷”县,开办广播电视大学,培养大学生,似乎不可能。但事实却证明紫云县办起了电大,办好了电大,培养出了土生土长的自己的大学生,为贫困县的经济起步找到了一条最佳途径。
Ziyun Miao and Buyi Autonomous County is one of 26 poverty-stricken counties in Guizhou Province and one of the 19 poverty-stricken counties identified by the State Council. The poverty area is greater than 72%. The per capita industrial output value of the county is only 15 yuan. In a typical “minority, border and poor” county, it seems impossible to start a radio and TV university and train college students. However, it turns out that Ziyun County runs an RTVU, run TVU, and cultivated its own native college students to find the best way for the economic start-up in poverty-stricken counties.
