目的为了研究一种永久性末梢血管栓塞剂──炭素纤维颗粒的有效性、安全性及相关特性。材料与方法:把炭素纤维加工成直径50~100μm大小的颗粒,并与分子量为70000,浓度为27%的右旋糖酐溶液相混,制成浊度为1%的炭素纤维颗粒右旋糖酐悬液,分别对6条杂种犬和6只沙能山羊进行肝、肾、支气管动脉栓塞实验。结果炭素纤维颗粒血液及组织相容性好,无热原及毒性反应,主要栓塞末梢小动脉,栓塞牢固可靠,可达永久性栓塞,且不易形成侧支循环。结论炭素纤维颗粒具有良好的血管栓塞作用,使用方便,安全可靠,是一种新型理想的永久性末梢血管栓塞剂。
Objective To investigate the efficacy, safety and related properties of a permanent peripheral vascular embolizing agent, carbon fiber granules. Materials and Methods: The carbon fibers were processed into particles with a diameter of 50 to 100 μm and mixed with a dextran solution with a molecular weight of 70,000 and a concentration of 27%. The dextran suspension of carbon fiber particles with a turbidity of 1% was prepared. Six mongrel dogs and six sand can goats were subjected to hepatic, renal and bronchial artery embolization experiments. RESULTS: Carbon fiber particles had good blood and histocompatibility, no pyrogenic and toxic reactions, and mainly embolized the distal arterioles. The embolization was solid and reliable, and the embolization was permanent, and the collateral circulation was not easily formed. Conclusion The carbon fiber particles have good vascular embolization and are easy to use, safe and reliable. It is a new ideal permanent vascular embolization agent.
