近几年来,我们按照长 治市委提出的要求,以农村 党组织创“五好”为抓手,坚 持制度创新,积极探索推进 农村民主政治建设的新路子 和新机制,在全区农村全面 推行了“双议双考”制度。这 一制度的实施调动了群众参 与村政事务的积极性,有效 化解了农村存在的各种社会 矛盾,增强了党组织的凝聚 力和战斗力,促进了全区经 济的跨越式发展和农村和谐 社会建设。
