传统高考命题关注的是试卷及试题本身的科学性、公平性等,立足于实现对大规模考生群体的区分选拔功能。随着社会的发展,现代教育评价理念对此提出了更高的要求,在命题理念上要实现从考试到评价的跃升。命题实践中应主要从两方面着手:一是改造传统题型的测试功能,调整选项赋分规则;二是更加注重评卷评分的规则和方法,实现现有评卷方式的跃升。
Traditional college entrance examination proposition is concerned with the scientific nature and fairness of the papers and test questions, based on the function of distinguishing and selecting large groups of candidates. With the development of society, the concept of modern education evaluation puts forward higher requirements on this. In the concept of proposition, it is necessary to realize the leap from examination to evaluation. Proposition practice should mainly proceed from two aspects: First, to reform the traditional test of the test features to adjust the rules of the rules; second is to pay more attention to the rules and methods of scoring, marking the way to achieve the current jumped.
