为探讨PCNA 在喉鳞癌中的表达及与临床间的关系,对37 例喉原发性鳞癌、癌旁10cm 组织及20 例声带息肉组织进行了检测,采用免疫组化LSAB 法。结果:喉癌组与癌旁组阳性表达率差异非常显著( P < 001) ,与声带息肉组之间阳性表达率差异显著( P < 005) 。PCNA 组织分化低者表达高,高低分化表达率相比较差异显著( P < 005) 。在有颈淋巴结转移者中PCNA 的表达明显高于未转移者( P< 005) 。笔者认为,PCNA 在喉癌细胞的生长调控中起着重要作用,对判断预后及颈部转移可能起着指导意义
To investigate the expression of PCNA in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinic, 37 cases of primary laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, 10cm paraneoplastic adjacent tissues and 20 cases of vocal cord polyps were examined by immunohistochemical LSAB method. Results: There was a significant difference in the positive expression rate between laryngeal carcinoma and paracancer (P <001). The positive expression rate was significantly different from that in vocal cord polyps (P <005). The expression of PCNA in the low differentiation group was higher than that in the low differentiation group (P <005). The expression of PCNA in patients with cervical lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those without metastasis (P <005). The author believes that PCNA plays an important role in the regulation of the growth of laryngeal carcinoma cells and may be instructive in judging prognosis and neck metastasis
