在非均匀弦振波法测量钢丝绳张力原理的基础上,改进了计算振波周期的方法,提出了多绳摩擦提升机张力不平衡监测系统。包括现场张力不平衡监测系统和远程张力不平衡监测系统,能够在现场实现对振波周期、钢丝绳张力及张力偏差的计算、显示保存;同时利用数据库同步技术将监测数据传递到远程数据库,经分析后可对钢丝绳张力不平衡进行预警及诊断。
