党员是党的肌体的细胞和党的活动的主体,是党的工作的具体承担者和执行者,党员主体作用的发挥直接影响到党的事业的发展。在新形势下,党员在日常工作中的主体作用总体是好的,但也有相当一部分党员对自身主体意识缺乏足够的认识,不能突出体现党员的先进性,这就表明党员队伍中还存在着一定的问题。本文从挖掘党员主体地位的理论内涵出发,分析影响党员主体作用发挥的主要原因,提出解决存在问题的主要对策和措施。
