我国首台30吨直流钢包精炼炉是由安阳钢铁公司、北京科技大学、鞍山热能研究院三家联合开发研制的.安钢提供改造研制资金并负责土建、机械设备改造.北科大负责精炼炉工艺参数设计、计算机软件、计算机控制系统及还原渣发泡剂研制.鞍山热能院负责电气整流、控制系统及电极升降控制系统设计、制造和安装.经三方通力合作.试生产的30炉中,钢包渣线及包村仅有少量侵蚀.从现场操作情况估计.此包龄至少可使用到50炉以上.如连续使用可望包龄达到更高水平.这台直流钢包精炼炉是原安钢一台25吨三相交流LF炉改造的.由于三相交流LF炉的三根电极距包衬较近,包龄仅6~8次,故无法正常运行.一直闲置6年之久.为把这台设备利用起来.经三方共同协商决定,把它改为直流钢包精炼炉.改造方案为:输入功率按150kW/t钢.变压器额定功率为4000kVA,整流采用双副边12脉冲整流,控制系统采用计算机分级控制.直流电压200V.额定流20kA.电极布量为并列式.两侧为阳极.中间为起弧阴极.两个阳极各串一台空冷电抗.原设计包龄30炉,升温速度2.5~3.0℃/min,电极消耗 0.5kg/t钢.电耗100kWh/t.实际试生产证明:
